Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and phone number). This information is used to contact you about the products and services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
Online Bookings
We request information from you on our booking form. To book with us, you must provide contact information (like name, phone number, and address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your online booking. If we have trouble processing a booking, we will use this information to contact you. We do not share this information with anyone.
All card payments are processed by Square, Inc. Your card data is captured directly by Square's Web Payments SDK and never touches our servers. We store only a payment token and the transaction result. Square's privacy policy is available at squareup.com.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via the website, email, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will NOT share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
We may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You are always welcome to unsubscribe from our emails.
Email Verification
We use email verification to keep your account secure. When you log in or create an account, we send a one-time passcode to your email address using Resend, Inc. These codes expire within 10 minutes and are deleted after use. Your email address is stored as your account identifier.
We may also send transactional emails related to your bookings, such as appointment confirmations and reminders. We do not use your email address for unsolicited marketing messages.
Your email address and opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
